Municipal Growth and Water Resources Elements

The Pocomoke City Planning and
Zoning Commission completed revisions to the
2007 Pocomoke City Comprehensive Plan in October 2009. The update
focused on the preparation of a Municipal Growth Element and
Water Resources Element, as required by Maryland House Bill 1141.
A joint Mayor and Council/Planning and Zoning Commission
public hearing on the updated Plan is scheduled for October 26, 2009. Copies
of the draft Municipal Growth and Water Resources Elements are
available below.
